Our mission is simple: through coaching preteens and teens, we build up their confidence and resilience, equipping them with the skills to navigate the challenges that life throws their way. From school life to home life, peer pressure to friendships, we are here to support them every step of the way.

Hi, I'm CJ, a mother of two amazing teenage girls. I am dedicated to helping children and teens enhance their mental and physical well-being, I do this through engaging activities like martial arts, life coaching, and meditation.
I am a Certified Kids Life Coach, Qualified Kids Fitness Instructor and a Black Belt in Kickboxing. I am DBS checked, Safeguarding and First Aid trained, so you can rest assured your children are in safe hands..
